๐ Empowering Kipkabus Downs Primary School with Solar Water Pumping System
At Kipkabus Downs Primary School, we recently embarked on an exciting project that combines renewable energy and community impact.
๐ Project Highlights:
- Solar-Powered Water Pump: We installed a 3-phase inverter system, seamlessly integrated with 16 high-efficiency PV modules (each rated at 200W). These solar panels soak up the Kenyan sun, converting its energy into electricity to power the water pump. ๐งโ๏ธ
- Water on Tap: Thanks to our efforts, students now have easy access to water. With a simple turn of the tap, they can quench their thirst, wash their hands, and stay hydrated throughout the day. ๐ฆ๐ง๐ฆ
- Happy Cows, Happy School: The schoolโs cows also benefit from this solar-powered setup. They now enjoy direct access to water, ensuring their health and productivity. ๐ฎ๐ฟ
- Community Collaboration: Our team worked closely with the school staff, local technicians, and enthusiastic volunteers. Together, we made this project a reality, fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility. ๐ฅ๐ค
